4.1 Billing
All payment transactions are processed through secure payment gateway providers. We do not store any card information
A customer can purchase any Courses or training(s) program offered by Soulish Wear through different payment options like, VISA / MasterCard / PayPal / Razor Pay depending upon which ones are currently being provided by the Payment Gateway facility.
After the payment process is carried out successfully, an official receipt of purchase is provided by payment Gateway on behalf of Soulish Wear-through email which can be used as a reference for any future requirements.
4.2 Return/Refund Policy
We do not have a return policy, since it’s made to order.
If in case any damage is found an evident video or picture needs to be provided. And can be replaced or exchanged for any size concern.
You will be required to drop an email to sales@SoulishWear .com with Subject: Return <Product Name>
5. Customer Support
For customer support with account-related and payment-related questions, please contact our Customer Service Department using the Customer Service contact us on the Get in Touch With Us section of our website. We will use reasonable endeavours to respond to all Customer Support Queries within a reasonable time frame but we make no promises that any Customer Support Queries will be responded to within any particular time frame and/or that we will be able to answer any such queries.
For all the paid members, a dedicated support system is designed and details of the same are shared upon registration under any program(s).
6. Rights you grant us
On acceptance of Terms & Conditions by a user, the user gives his/her explicit permission to call or contact the user via SMS or email through any medium which Soulish Wear deems fit.
We reserve the right to feature your picture in any photos, videos, or other promotional material used by us.
Further, we may use your personal information to inform you about other certification training courses offered by us. However, we shall not distribute or share your personal information with any third party marketing database or disclose Your personal information to any third party except on a case-to-case basis after proper verification of such third party or if required under any applicable law.
7. Severability, Waiver, and Interpretation
Unless as otherwise stated in the Agreements, should any provision of the Agreements be held invalid or unenforceable for any reason or to any extent, such invalidity or enforceability shall not in any manner affect or render invalid or unenforceable the remaining provisions of the Agreements, and the application of that provision shall be enforced to the extent permitted by law.
Any failure by Soulish Wear or any third party beneficiary to enforce the Agreements or any provision thereof shall not waive Soulish Wear’s or the applicable third party beneficiary’s right to do so.
As used in Terms, the words “include” and “including”, and variations thereof will be deemed to be followed by the words “without limitation.”
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Soulish Wear harmless from and against all damages, losses, and expenses of any kind (including reasonable attorney fees and costs) arising out of or related to:
Your breach of the Agreements or any one of them;
Any User Content you share or otherwise contribute;
Any activity in which you engage on or through the Soulish WearService; and
Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party
